This place is really nice and cozy, and the staff here are super helpful. There's a cool bar right in the middle. We got a good-sized room that was well-decorated and even had its own key card – convenient! The restaurant served some delicious Indian food. 🍛

Truly enjoyed generally very friendly staff and big hotel.

The breakfast in the morning was extensive and complete with very good coffee, pork sausages. The location was favourable, at a short distance from Kwa Muhle Museum. The pool was nice and I had cool drinks in the main bar.

The views at this place were particularly nice, with a central location next to the restaurant and adjacent to the city center and other tourist areas.

Appreciated it and definitely want to stay in that area again. The pool was clean and I had alcoholic drinks in the in-house bar. Plus, I was able to park the car outside hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The executive suite was spacious and sparkly clean. The staff at both the reception and housekeeping were friendly and professional. The hotel facilities were excellent, and it was located near everything in a rather secure area with easy access to places around this city. Additionally, it was conveniently situated in the city center next to one of the biggest malls. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff provided impeccable service.

The view of the city from my room was absolutely spectacular. I had a clear view of the bustling cityscape, which was a sight to behold. The large bed in my room was incredibly comfortable and provided me with plenty of space to move around. I also loved the side lounger, which was a nice bonus for added relaxation. The abundance of lighting in the room allowed me to create the perfect ambiance for any mood. Lastly, the boutique at the reception area added a stylish touch to the hotel.

This place's room was spacious and well-laid out, with a cozy bed and a tub as well as a separate shower in the bathroom. A great point was the location, only a 15-minute walk from the kwa muhle museum 🚶‍♂️.

The hotel offers small luxuries and amenities, including a gym and pool with a stunning view. The air conditioning in the room is excellent, and the room itself is nicely carpeted. The staff at the Big Easy bar provides great service, and the breakfast buffet is top-notch. The beds are comfortable, and there are vegetarian options available, including a delicious curry and pickles.

This place was spotless, the staff was quick and welcoming, and I could check in early at 3:00pm; the room was well-kept, cozy with a nice bed, situated on the second floor.

We had an amazing time celebrating our friend's birthday at the hotel's lounge. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly. We truly enjoyed the complementary drinks and snacks provided by the hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to all the places we wanted to visit.

Our room was not ready when we arrived, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the staff was not very responsive when we reported a lost item during our stay.
